The Starfish Project is a Mission…
The Mission is to provide a portal for all the star throwers out there to document, and allow me to post, their good deeds of the day, their One Small Thing (OST) that will help make a big difference in the world.
To supply followers with a hub to foster community, and to spread kindness that becomes infectious and inspires others to do their part. To offer a gateway to doing good via a home base that will house a library of photo and video content.
The Starfish Project is a Movement…
The overarching and ultimate goal is to initiate a Movement to create the next generation of civic leaders…call it “Generation TRY”: Try to lend a hand when you can, Try to help a friend or stranger in need, Try to change the world…a little bit at a time.
We will challenge them to create change and prove the theory that if we all took the time to donate a minute or two each day towards one act of kindness, and build from there, it would have an immense impact on the world, and make it a better place to live.
And The Starfish Project is a Mantra…
I want everyone who learns about The Starfish Project to adopt a Mantra of simply wanting to do One Small Thing, whenever they can, however they can. Not for any award, acclaim, or accolade, not for any prize, payment, or perk…just because.
To join our group of star throwers who are passionate about helping their fellow man/woman/living creature, and who get a high off of sitting in gratitude for what they are blessed with, as well as giving of themselves to help those who are less fortunate or much worse off.
